Gathering

• Global Tribe membership is required. Members can verify their email and membership number above to access the Gathering inscription directly.
• Accommodation can be reserved through the same Gathering inscription page.
• Inscription includes your stay from 31 December at 12:00 until 3 January at 12:00.
• Music begins 31 December at 20:00 and ends 2 January at 20:00.
• Check in and out at reception.
• Earlier arrivals and extended stays require separate arrangements.
• After the music stops, please keep silence so everyone can rest.
• One-day passes are not available.
• Inscriptions are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

• A valid pass is required to park a car or camper inside the event.
• Parking space is very limited. Please share rides whenever possible.
• Parking outside the venue or in surrounding areas is not allowed.
• No music in vehicles.
• No re-entry after exiting the event.

• Never throw cigarette butts or rubbish on the ground.
• Use the toilets only. Do not urinate or defecate elsewhere on the land.
• Use the bins for cans, glass and other rubbish. Do not leave rubbish on tables.
• Use only biodegradable toiletries and cleaning products. They are available at the minimarket.
• Our compost toilets have bidets and do not provide toilet paper. Bring your own if needed and put used paper in the designated bin, never inside the toilet.
• Everyone contributes to keeping the land clean and tidy. There is no general cleaning service.
• Small recycling points are available. Please take larger quantities of rubbish with you when you leave.
• No private fires or fireworks.
• No music outside the main stage.

We love animals, but encourage you to leave them safely at home if possible.

If bringing an animal is unavoidable, it must remain on a leash, coexist safely with other animals and respect the gardens and infrastructure.

Children under 16 attend free when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Food is available from the Global Tribe bar and kitchen, including breakfast, dish of the day and wood-fired pizzas.

Free drinking water, compost toilets, solar showers and a minimarket are available.

Inscriptions are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law and any mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Participants must follow the event rules and respect the property, facilities and other attendees.

The association's liability disclaimer and complete inscription conditions should be legally reviewed before publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
