  As a Happy Host & Overall Coordinator, your role is to hold this space with love, awareness, and clarity—supporting both the guest experience and the inner flow of the community.

  Your flow will include:

  • Welcoming guests with warmth and presence

  • Managing check-ins & check-outs

  • Confirming bookings and overseeing reservation platforms

  • Keeping a clear overview of all guests on-site

  • Coordinating the team, roles, and weekly schedule

  • Holding regular team meetings and nurturing clear, heart-centered communication

  • Supporting the human flow of the Tribe: onboarding new team members, helping align roles and responsibilities, and caring for the wellbeing and balance of the team

  Energy exchange:
  6 hours per day, 6 days per week — with flexibility and flow 🌿

  This is a live-in position, including your own private room within the land and three daily meals with the community.
